Can't get Internet connection to VO

Can't get Internet connection to VO

I have my VO server running on my PC. I have a not static IP address and I use a router. In my router I have made changes to DMZ to my local IP given by the Router.

I have made a extra port 80 in firewall setting. Still can't connect to VO over the internet.

What to do? Wich IP address to use if I don't have a static IP address.
And wich changes to make in the Router and Firewall etc.

Router = Linksys Wireless B
