Can't Import Contacts from Outlook

I am trying to import contacts from Outlook (CSV file), but can't get it to work. After selecting the file, I get a field mapping screen. I set the mapping but their is no "Continue", "Save", "Import", etc. button to click so I just hit my "Enter" key. Something seemed to happend, but nothing ever got imported. Help.

Also, I would make a couple of suggestions:

Allow multiple Email addresses to be imported

Name the address fields: Address 1, Address 2 rather than P.O. Box & Street. You can have 2 address lines but still not have a P.O. Box.
