Can't Install Service Pack 3 For Zoho VO 3.2

Hello,

I am unable to install Service Pack 3 for Zoho VO 3.2. The complete filename of the service pack is Zoho_Virtual_Office_3_2_0_SP_3_0.ppm. My computer seems not to recognize the extension .ppm. I've looked on the internet for information on the .ppm extension, without success.

Can someone please advise?
