Can't login - localhost:8080, no error message!?

Can't login - localhost:8080, no error message!?

I installed this "program" and sadly can't get into the admin - can't login.

Installed with 8080 and set username etc. When I try to sign in with my username/password there doesn't come an error message.

Have tried to type in localhost:8080 after no error message when signing in - two/three times I saw my username up in the right corner, but the website was only loading lots of components to the site - over and over again. Not a site came up...

Anybody know what this might be? Thanks in advance! :)
