Can't Update with Updatemanager.bat

Hi, I saw from an earlier post about updating Zoho for IMAP support. When I try to run UpdateManager.bat this is what I get.

C:\Program Files\AdventNet\Zoho\VirtualOffice\bin>
Exception in thread "main" java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: \bin\java
C:\Program Files\AdventNet\Zoho\VirtualOffice\bin>

Previously I have java v.1.3.1 installed. I upgraded this morning to the latest version from Sun's site and still no change. I am trying to install the service pack, is there another way to do this?
