Can´t receive emails after changing my DOMAIN (DNS) provider

I can't receive emails, but I can send emails because I sent emails from my zoho mail to another account and it was correct, but the answer to zoho mail was not received.

I change my domain and DNS to another registar and I made the changes in MX records in DNS to continue with my zoho mail.

I was searching for ours my zb code to add cname as my domain is already verified by Zoho but in this answer is says is not necessary again:  https://help.zoho.com/portal/community/topic/lost-my-zb-code-16-3-2018

And I do not want to delete my Zoho account completely to reinstall it all, as I have a some important emails "hanging in the cloud" that I don't want to loose (as I believe I will loose the emails if I delete the Zoho account to reinstall).
