can\'t find the leads tab

I'm trying to evaluate ZOHO CRM for use in our organization (we are sick of sugarcrm's bugs), but I can't seen to find the leads tab in your demo. I looked at the documentation and it seems to indicate it should show up, but I don't see it. Please advise.
