We have 3 departments each with about 3 - 5 sales reps. These sales reps cold call leads based on their departments product and typically a geographic area. The areas rotate, so assigning specific leads based on area wouldn't work. In dynamics we were able to assign leads to a group or team. I am still very new to Zoho, so I don't know if the same thing can be achieved, but so far I can't find much.
