if I have a group email sales@mycompany.com and two member Alfred and Berta. My observation: When a mail is sent to sales@mycompany.com both see this mail in their inboxes. If Alfred replies, he will reply as sales@mycompany.com. Now Berta checks her inbox and did not see that the mail is already answered. 

Is there a way that group members see mails which are sent in behalf of the group?
