we run a photography studio, and have new clients fill out a form (on paper!) when they're in the studio.  We were wondering if there was a way to sent out some sort of request profile before the shoot for them to fill out their own personal information, that automatically adds their profile to our Zoho CRM before they arrive?

If so, woudl there be a way to include some sort of questionaire on that link/form as well?
