Can a task be created automatically based on rules following a mass email

Hi I am new to zoho. Would anyone know if the system can be configured to automatically generate a task to call a contact when they have opened a mass email more than 2 times / clicked on a link in a mass email ? Basically, I want to send out an email to my contacts and be prompted to call people who have shown some interest / activity. Thanks
