My name is Ben, and good morning from sunny Spain.
Yesterday was my first day looking at Zoho, after spending ages looking at the others. I am pleased to say that you now have a new customer.
At the moment my company consists of two people, and in a month I should have 4 more � 6 in total.
Our business model is very simple. We only deal with private individuals.
We start with cold lists (people that the girls will be cold calling) hundreds a day
Files should then move from the �cold list� folder to either a �prospects� folder or a �not today� folder
I will then deal with the prospect and then move them to one of four folders: later, deals, kicked or dead.
Security
The girls only deal with the �cold list� folder and they move them into the �prospects� folder with attached �notes� and a �call to action�
Is it possible to have an alert when an appointment for me to telephone a client is imminent?
Can you suggest how I go about setting up Zoho to look simple and do these tasks?
