Can CRM be CC'd on emails?

Can CRM be CC'd on emails?

I'm new to Zoho, but wondering if there is a way to CC emails to clients to the CRM system on Zoho. I have a friend that uses highrise and she said that is the feature that she likes....I guess you cc or bcc your CRM and it logs the contact, and puts the email in a note. That sounds like a nice feature. Since I'm trying to use Zoho, I'd like to know if there's such a feature here.
