Can CRM portal users change the Deal stage (or any other field associated with a blueprint)?
Hi,
My company is hoping to use a CRM portal to give our sales partners (i.e. people from outside my company) access to Leads and Deals so that they can carry out negotiations to sell my company's product.
When our sales partners use the portal to access certain Leads or Deals, they would need to be able to edit the "Stage" field. This allows our sales partners to keep a record for themselves of what stage each negotiation is at, and provides transparency to staff within my company.
I've set up a portal and created a test user. When I log into the portal as the test user and view a Deal, the first part of the record looks like this:
So the portal user cannot edit the Stage because no Transitions are shown. Similarly, if I click on Switch to Old Version, and try to alter the Stage, it's still not possible:

So the portal user is unable to alter the Stage because it's linked to a blueprint.
Is there any way that a portal user can alter the Stage (or any other field associated with a blueprint)?
