Can I add an additional activity?

Currently, activities are setup as tasks, calls, and events. Would it be possible to add another type of activity: reviews requested. We are trying to tie in our reviews requested from another system in with our activities. Would love to be able to run one report that would contain all of this information. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
