I have an issue going on I have these settings on a shift

From this, we have eliminated unwanted OT and Deviation, since shifts are usually 8 hours. 

My question is, Is it possible to create a manual overtime request? Because this setup eliminates all OT.

Please share an idea of how to make it so that an employee can create an overtime request and once approve

it will reflect on the report.
