Can i add my Pick List into predefine Pick list?

Hello everyone,

I have created some Picklist in my Deals and task modules. But whenever I have to update this list I have to update in both module one by one.

Is it possible that I can add my Picklist into predefined Zoho picklist?

or any other option where I can reuse my other picklists.
