Can I automate that on a specific task or on a field update, tasks are automatically created?

Hi,

I have two situations, where i would like clarity on how to execute in Zohocrm.

1. When I Update a Campaign Member Status, need to trigger some additional tasks. For example, if I get the Member Status to "Mail Sent" a task needs to be created to Call the lead about the mail with a due date of +5 days.

2. When i sent a specific mail tempate, the Campaign Member Status needs to be updated for that lead.
