Can I change the originally created username of an account?

Can I change the originally created username of an account?

We set up Zoho accounts for many of our clients and admin them. One in particular I added an "s" to the end of their name when it should not have been. Is it possible to change the username after the fact? If personally can this be done by a zoho rep?
