Can I customize the form fields in Zoho?

Hi,

Is it possible to create my own HTML page with a form in it and some how make the information to get stored in the Zoho's database?

Or is there a way to customize zoho forms? Basically, I want to make the zoho forms more matching to our Web site i.e., is there way in which I can add fields horizontally instead of in the vertical fashion? I know we can modify the font size, button color, border color, text color etc but as I mentioned above, we want to customize it more.
