Can I customize the sub views like "Closed Activities" under Opportunities?

Can I customize the sub views like "Closed Activities" under Opportunities?

Can I customize this view?  Can't seem to find out how.  Here's the problem you can see in the screenshot, there's too many fields shown so things like subject which are long look awful.  Would like to remove some of the headings?  Thanks!
