Currently in the process of evaluating several CRMs, have shortlisted to two, Zoho CRM and another package. Have signed up for trials in both. Currently trialing the Zoho Enterprise CRM edition. 

I just wish to check, at the end of my 14 day trial, can i downgrade to the Zoho Free 10 user edition?  wanted to know before I spend the time importing data and going any further on the Zoho CRM Enterprise Trial.
