Can I Duplicate a Project Complete With Milestones, Tasks etc. in Project Manager PLUS?

Hi everyone.  Let's say I sell real estate properties and I want to use Project Manager PLUS to create a project for each property I'm selling.  Can I create a sort of template or use an existing project as a template rather than having to create a project from scratch and manually adding all of the milestones, tasks and tasklists each time I'm selling a new property?

I see the 'duplicate' and 'clone' functions inside of the program but neither seems to allow me to duplicate an existing project with the milestones, etc. still in tact. Please advise and thank you in advance.
