Can I Exchange Mailbox to Outlook Migration ?

Recently, I have relocated from my earlier office to another branch. Now, I want to recover & transfer my all data including old emails, important data, Notes & other important folders. I read some online steps about email migration. My question is about : Is this a safe way ? How should i proceed further without undergone lengthy process ?
