Can I Export SENT EMAILS ???

Hi....

I have been testing ZOHO for some time, but there are some issues I haven�t been able to solve. Right now we are going back to "normal operation" (No ZOHO) until we can find a web hosting service willing to help us install ZOHO (no one wants to grant us root access in order to install or solve problems)...

Now.. while testing, we used POP mail, because IMAP was not working correctly... Now we are going back to Thunderbird, but I need to transfer all the SENT emails I have in ZOHO accounts, and save them to SENT folder in Thunderbird...

Is there a way to export the emails in ZOHO folders to then import them from THUNDERBIRD????
