Can I get lead and company names into call reports? And what about phone numbers on the call log page?

Can I get lead and company names into call reports? And what about phone numbers on the call log page?

We are paid users with a serious need for these items.  Had we known this would be an issue, we might have kept shopping.  And I'm not getting a response from our sales rep or support.  Please help!
