Can I have multiple email accounts to send emails from?

Can someone tell me if I can have multiple email accounts to send email from?

I've just stumbled onto Zoho and have managed to register 3 accounts - I only need one

But... I really would like to be able to add multiple email addresses - I can do this
BUT: I can't email out from multiple different email addresses

Or am I missing something? What's the point of being able to add multiple email addresses if you can't email from them?
