Can I have multiple email senders?

Can I have multiple email senders?

I'm in Zoho CRM Mail > Setup > Email Templates > New Email Template window...

Is it possible to get more that one email address in the "From" list?  Or do I have to login to Zoho as a different user to create and send an email from my Office Manager account?

My organization only has one user.  Me.
