Can I make a chosen CRMN detail appear in a form?

hI,

Is it possible to creat a zoho form that reads a certain piece of information in zoho crm? I'm trying to build an agreement in creator that a client would sign online. I want the chosen price and other information to be taken from the crm.

Is this possible or do I need a developer to code something?
