I want to delete one of scheduled report in Zoho CRM. here is the scheduled reports

as you can see, three of them are identical, I need to delete one of them. I need to click and see the detail first before deleting, and it feels uncomfortable.

can I make identier for each of them? I have tried to search but I can't see a feature to rename the scheduled report. it would be great if you can make delete button inside the detail of scheduled report, so I don't need to go back and forth before deleting a record
