Can I map multiple Surveys into the CRM using the same fields?
Hello,
We are a healthcare practice that offers two distinct services (Nutrition and Primary Care). We use Zoho Survey for our lead generation form (Get Started Survey), which allows people to express interest in one of the two services and even allows them to schedule an appointment from the Survey.
We want to run an ad campaign for Nutrition services exclusively; to do so, we would like to recreate the Survey with the Primary Care flow removed, so that people who come to us from this ad only see scheduling information for Nutrition services.
Here's my question: If I recreate the survey and integrate the Nutrition-exclusive survey with the CRM, will it break the integration from the existing Get Started survey? We would need to map information from the Nutrition survey onto many of the same CRM fields that are used in the Get Started survey (first name, last name, email, phone, etc).

Here's a common problem. The Sent folder on the other email service is called Sent Items. Rather than put those into the Sent folder on migration, it creates a separate folder. Is there any way I can have this done as part of the migration process. One of the Sent Items on an account I expect to migrate shortly has 25,000 messages.
