I have a vacation rental company and we are currently getting about 100 email inquries a day for our properities. I want to track each inquiry and have them entered into a CRM program so I'm looking over Zoho.
All our email come in one of 2-3 standard forms. Below is one of them.. I remove personal info from the email..
Is there a way to write a program or something to pull the Name, email, phone, total in party and dates fields into the matching fields in the CRM software? I just don't want to have to enter all 100 by hand every day.
If it's difficult I would gladly pay somemone to do it for me.. Just wondering if zoho CRM or any other zoho product is capable of this..
