Can i see the original inception into zoho for an account/lead after conversion?

Can i see the original inception into zoho for an account/lead after conversion?

Once an ACCOUNT is created, i can see the date of the account creation and who made the conversion. 

What about previous data? Can i see when the lead was entered into the system? Who entered the lead in?
