Hi,

I currently have a sales pipeline and when people reach a certain stage I would like an email to go out to them to give them 3 options on how to proceed.

Ideally I would like to include 3 links in the email and when a customer clicks one of them it updates a field on their deal with 1 of the 3 values.  I can then run workflows to split them up.

Is that possible?
