Can I send zoho forms link in an sms automatically when a lead is added in zoho crm?

The form needs to be prepopulated with zoho crm lead data.

I am doing this now in Zoho Campaigns emailers but I would like to do it in SMS since SMS is proven to be 70% more effective than emails in targetting leads.
