Can i set a certain date for e-mail alert?

Can i set probation period to the employee - the probation end date for example add such field to employee form, and then get e-mail alerts on specified date?

Or how can get Zoho people to e-mail users on certain date or after a certain period of time after the event happens, not at the moment some changes to a record have been done?
