can I share write, sheet, presentations?

can I share write, sheet, presentations?

I like that zoho writer, sheets & presentation into VO but the way to share these seems cumbersome. I think instead of having to email someone when I want to share a word document for example, it would be easier if I added a user to my virtual workspace & then we he or she logged on, they could just see the documents I have created. Can you do this? Also there should be a way we can send internal messaged between users. like an internal inbox (not through email) or ability to set up discussion boards. can you do this too?
