I found an 8 year old post that said this wasn't possible.

I am new to zoho campaign, i'm trying to sync contacts from CRM to campaigns, it lets me select custom fields in the field mapping, but after adding custom fields and clicking initialize, then i go back to look at the mapping and the custom fields i added are not there.
