Can I track any email sent to an existing customer?

Can Zoho Mail/CRM capture and store any email sent to customers?

Hi here, 

I am planing on using both Shopify and Zoho One (campaigns, mail, CRM, etc) and some Shopify apps will fire emails to customers (that exist in both Shopify and Zoho) as part of their workflows.

As I would like to store ANY message sent to the customer as part of the CRM customer history, can I still use these Shopify apps and make Zoho CRM automatically aware of all those emails sent to clients?

Any tip would be appreciated
