Can I trigger a workflow when creating/adding an opportunity contact in the CRM?
Hey there awesome peeps!
I've been tasked with setting up some follow-up campaigns for our organization...
My problem seems straightforward, in that I need to trigger an email/workflow once a contact hits a certain stage in the opportunity stages of the CRM. Like, after we've done a presentation... I want that person to begin getting the follow up campaign.
Is there a way to do this without having to manually add that contact to an email list that I'm missing?
