Can I use ZFlow to stop duplicates in ZCRM?

Can I use ZFlow to stop duplicates in ZCRM?

Ok I use MailChimp Signup form but it is creating duplicates in ZCRM. Can I use Flow so that prior to sending the contact into ZCRM Leads it searches in Leads and Contacts for the same email address. If it finds the same email address it triggers an email alert?
