I'm not yet a user of ZOHO. I have a Travel Agency and we are considering choosing ZOHO CRM vs other alternatives in the market.

So before deciding I want to clarify some worries we have. I will post multiple separated questions, one for each topic, as they are independent one from the other.

Q1) Does Zoho CRM support relating both to clients and providers separatedly?

I want that me and my sales agents to relate to clients and do not see the providers part.
I want my operation agents to relate to providers and do not see the clients parts.
I want my directors to relate to both clients and providers.

Is this possible in the free version?
Is this possible in the paid version?
