I have thirty-five users in one account. ten of the thirty-five contacts have received email sent through Zoho. Is there a way to see all of the emails sent to the contacts at the account level?
I have the same question related to tasks. Can I view the open tasks for all of the contacts at one specific account, by viewing only the account?
For example in SalesForce, an email sent to a contact is automatically associated with the contact and the account. An email may also be associated with an opportunity or case.
