Can inbound calls through phone bridge open a new lead and pull data in?

Can inbound calls through phone bridge open a new lead and pull data in?

My Zoho CRM is integrated with RingCentral. When an inbound call comes in I would like a new lead to open up, and pull information into the crm from the call (ex. phone number, campaign name) 

Is this possible?
