We are getting a: "
This email address has been already used in some other organization. So you cannot add/invite this user." for
speyton@fonemed.com Can you please delete this record from the other organization if one exists (for campaigns) and allow us to add this user to our instance of Zoho Campaigns.
When trying to verify the user via the automated email method - no email is delivered and therefore, we are out of options.
Please do not delete this user from the CRM product.
This is very frustrating as we do not believe this user to be associated with any other organization for Zoho Campaigns.
