Can not create CRM task from Zoho Mail

Can not create CRM task from Zoho Mail

I integrated Zoho Mail and Zoho CRM.  When I receive one email from a Lead and try to create a task directly from the email app I get an error message saying "Unable to populate data, please check if mandatory value is entered correctly.¨  


As you can see in the attached picture the mandatory field is not empty.

Please advice.
