So I have a custom field in subscriber list. If I nere the email click on endit (pencil) and change the custom value to the new one, pressing SAVE button does not do anything. Also if i select multiple emails and then use the mass update feature where I change this custom value, pressing PROCEED also does not do anything. What is the matter, does it just not working, or am I doing something wrong?
Browser: Chrome 65.0.3325.181

Please post the resulting solution for this. Zoho rarely posts the results of people's issues in the community. The community is pointless if there are no solutions to the problems posted here. I need to know the solution to the above problem.

We understand your concern. In Zoho Campaigns Community Learning, we always tend to respond with resolution/workaround to all the posts so that it can be viewed and referred by other users.

However, In some rare case scenarios we might receive posts regarding account specific issues so we need to check the issue further from user end with the help of our backend team. Account specific issues mostly occur due to temporary connectivity issue, recent update, etc and it differs from one user account to another so we might need a remote session to access the user account with the help of our backend team. 

Due to privacy & security reasons and to avoid confusions, we don't prefer to handle account specific issues in public forums. Hence we request our users to email us at support[@]zohocampaigns.com when account specific issues are posted in public forums. 

Above mentioned query is not an intended behaviour of the particular feature. Also we are unable to reproduce the particular issue from our end so we suspect it to be an account specific issue. Hence we requested the user to email us to check further. 

Similarly, we have sent you an email with a link to screen record the issues. Kindly screen record the issues and let us know so that we can have our backend team find the root cause of the issues and get them resolved soon.
