We have some issue when use Zoho CRM ,The details are as below:

Two days ago, The system look very well while we created many purchase order. Let’s describe the procedure:

l         Clicked the Purchase order Tab, Input some necessary fields, including to create instantly a new Vendor, then clicked the Search Icon to look up products, then The Products Pop-up Windows open, We had to searched and chose the products we wanted.

l         Then we continued to input related fields and finished the purchase order,That was all right.

But Today,We faced some troubles to do as before while creating new purchase order. The issue is as follow:

l         When we searched product in the Pop-up windows as aboved , We couldn’t find the product item, It was so strange here , Because We knew the Product item was just in the Product-List by open the Products Tab.

l         Afer some research, We found there were only some (not All Items)Product Items displayed in the Pop-up Windows,these Product Items have the same type of properties, their Qty in stock > Zero. That was the point of the issue.

Afterwards, We also found ,in the Predefined View of the Products List, The ALL Product View Lists Items Whose Qty in Stock > Zero.

We felt disappointed and lose hope to resolved the issue during these days.
