Can not install custom app from app gallery, or publish imported app from zoho creator?

Can not install custom app from app gallery, or publish imported app from zoho creator?

Installing custom app from gallery:
I get an error message saying : Error occurred, please try again later?

Importing from Zoho creator:
Once imported/mapped I can not seem to publish this app, its remains listed under "unpublished apps"
