Can not receive emails
Hi,
I am trying my email accounts (free plan) but it is not working. It sends the email but can not receive.
At the control panel appears this message "The MX Records of your domain are not pointed to Zoho. You may not receive emails in Zoho.".
I tested my domain (magazaki.com) with
http://mxtoolbox.com/ and the mx records are ok.
Also the emails that i am trying to send, are at the Control Panel -> Mail Administration -> Troubleshoot -> Retry Mail with the error "Host not reachable."
Also tried to send from other account (hotmail etc) to mydomain (Zoho) account but failed to reach the destination mail server.
Help - suggestions?
